The Institute of Flavour allowed guests to immerse themselves in a sensory celebration of seasoning that brought to life the pop behinde Propercorn's product.

Guests are guided through the event by 'masters of maize', and learn what it takes to create great flavours before sniffing, spraying and sprinkling their way to their own signature seasoning.
