Taste The Sky, Bompas & Parr







An exhibiton delving into the history of the meringue.

We recreated a selection of historic meringues and showcased them within a playful set design and colour scheme that complimented the design of the feature desserts.

A focus of the exhibition was the material Aerogel,  which is comprised of 98% air. Bompas & Parr applied the technical process of super-critical drying (used in aerogel formation) to create the lightest meringues imaginable.
